Tiwari, learned A.G.A. that the allegation is against the respondent no.3, who is residing in Hariyana and the case of the next friend of the appellant is that the wife of the petitioner i.e. the alleged detenue is with the respondent no.3 at Hariyana, therefore, this petition is not maintainable before this Court, Smt. Usha Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the same. However, she submits that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to approach to appropriate court in accordance with law. To which there is no objection by the learned A.G.A.
