The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "direct the opposite party no.1 i.e. Civil Judge (J.D.), Tanda, District-Ambedkar Nagar to decide the Original Suit No.586/2022, Mohd. Meraj @ Meraj Ahmad and others V/s Gajala Parveen and others expeditiously within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2022, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered as per the administrative guidelines. 4.
