Learned Standing Counsel for the State says that the petitioner was a defaulter in the context of the earlier lease for fisheries rights, therefore, unless the petitioner cleared the dues it could not participate in the fresh auction resulting in the allotment order dated 25.05.2025 impugned herein. We have perused the order dated 05.12.2024 passed in Writ C No.10529 of 2024. Apart from it there is remedy of appeal under Rule 59 of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016.
