ORDER
26.05.2025
Heard Ms. M. Pathak, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. S. K. Gupta, learned counsel for the sole respondent. This application has been filed praying for correction of the order dated 20.05.2025 passed
Page No.# 2/2 by this court in Criminal Revision Petition No. 497/2024. In paragraph 9 of the said order, it has been mentioned as “ In the case in hand, if the
order granting interim maintenance is reversed, then the entire proceeding would come to an end.......” Ms. Pathak has submitted that there was an error because the line should have been “In the case in hand, if the order granting interim maintenance is reversed, then the entire proceeding would not come to an end.......”. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides. This court is of the opinion that the error should be corrected for the ends of justice. Henceforth, the paragraph 9 of order dated 20.05.2025 passed by this court in Criminal Revision Petition No. 497/2024 be read as under:
“In the case in hand, if the order granting interim maintenance is reversed, then the entire proceeding would not come to an end.......”. This order shall form a part of the order dated 20.05.2025 passed by this court in Criminal Revision Petition No. 497/2024. The interlocutory application is disposed of.
