This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, ‘BNSS’), seeking anticipatory bail to Petitioner/A.1 in Crime No.14 of 2025 of Kanaganapalli Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 109(1) r/w.3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, ‘BNS’) against the Petitioner/A.1 and other accused. 2. Today, when the matter was called for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner/A.1 sought permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition and requested to give liberty for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court in order to pursue his remedies. To that effect he made an endorsement. 3. Permission, as sought for, is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned to work out his remedies. Upon such surrender, the Court concerned may proceed in accordance with the law.
