1. Supplementary affidavit filed today in Court is taken on record.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents no.1 to 5.
3. No notice be issued to respondents no.6 to 9 taking into
consideration the nature of order proposed to be passed.
4. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner had been appointed on compassionate ground in the year 2009. At that stretch of time, she had undertaken to support other family members. Now one family member has got employment elsewhere and consequently there cannot be any occasion for providing any financial help to other family members of the petitioner but despite that the District Inspector of Schools, Unnao, has directed for certain deductions to be made from the salary of the petitioner.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length submits that with regard to the relief sought in the writ petition, the petitioner may be permitted to submit a fresh representation before respondent no.4 which may be directed to be decided within a time frame fixed by this Court to which
learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents has no objection.
6. In view of the above, it is provided that in case the petitioner submits a representation within a week from today before respondent no.4 then respondent no.4 shall endevour to decide the same by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of four weeks from the date of submission of the representation along with certified copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, writ petitions are disposed off.
8. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
