Considering the order sheet, which records that the suit has been heard after proceedings ex parte, the petition is disposed of with direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) to decide the suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
