By means of the C482 application, the applicant has put to challenge the order dated 10.11.2023, whereby the non-bailable warrant was issued against the applicant in Complaint Case No.43 of 2022, Ramesh Chandok Vs. Asra Ahmad, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Uttarkashi. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant be permitted by this Court to surrender before the court below, within a stipulated time. 6. The prayer so made by counsel for the applicant is innocuous and is not opposed by counsel for respondent no.2. 7. Accordingly writ petition is disposed-off and it is provided that the applicant shall appear before the court below within a period of 15 days from today i.e., on or before 04.07.2025. 8.
