An order of mutation was passed in favour of respondents No.1 and 2. This led to the filing of an appeal by respondent No.3. However, the appeal of respondent No.3 was dismissed. As against the dismissal of the appeal, Sri.Maribasavaiah - respondent No.3, filed a Revision. This Revision has also been dismissed. 2. However, in this Revision, the present petitioner had made an application seeking to implead himself in that Revision Petition as a co-petitioner on the ground that he also had a right in the said property. 3. Insofar as this contention was concerned, the Deputy Commissioner has held that if the petitioner claimed that he had any rights over the said property, it would be open for him to approach the Civil Court and secure a declaratory decree and the revenue - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:9971 WP No. 20485 of 2014 entries would than abide by the decision of the Civil Court. 4. In my view, since the petitioner had not challenged the order of mutation passed in favour of respondents herein by filing an appeal, the view taken by the Deputy Commissioner cannot be found fault with. I find no reason to entertain this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. 5.
