Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record order dated 19.11.2024, relevant portion whereof reads as under:- “Now therefore, after implementation of the analogy of Taj Mohammad case, the seniority of feeding cadre TGT is likely to be amended/rectified. The seniority of any cadre is to be fixed/drawn as per Court orders/Govt. Instructions/approval time to time, which will also unsettle the settled position of TGT Cadre which is feeding post of Lecturer (School new), therefore it will be appropriate to prepare seniority in Lecturer School Cadre on the mandate of Taj Mohammad Case once TGT seniority is finalized. However, the petitioners, who belong to TGT & PGT streams, are at liberty to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for the redressal of their grievance(s), if need so arises in future.
