Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition. 5.Accordingly, this petition is modified and condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in the order dated 14.02.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1752 of 2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police weekly Twice (i.e., on Monday and Friday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
