It is admitted that against the orders, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy of revision as provided under Rule 80 of the said Rules, which statutory alternative remedy has not been availed. 4. Under the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed, leaving it open for the petitioner to file a revision as provided by Rule 80, in case so advised.
