Learned counsel for the respondent submits that order of the writ court has already been complied with and all the benefits have been given to the applicant. Considering the contents of the order passed by the writ court as well as affidavit of compliance filed by respondent, this Court is of the view that order of the writ court has been complied with, accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
