Choudhury, learned counsel for the respondent No.2. 2. This application has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of Sivasagar P.S. Case No.128/2024, whereby the petitioners Sri. Gajendra Raj and Sri. Rajendra Thakur has prayed for releasing them on bail. 3. An 11 years old child was sexually molested. 4. I have gone through the evidence and other witnesses also, this Court is of the opinion that allowing the petitioners to go on bail will hamper the early disposal of the case before the Trial Court. 5.
