Petitioner herein filed Criminal Petition No.2616 of 2025 to quash the proceedings in FIR No.294 of 2023 of Bhimavaram I Town Police Station, West Godavari district, wherein this Court, on 22.04.2024, while ordering notice to the respondents, passed an interim order directing the police concerned not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner herein/A1 only. 3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it is submitted by both the learned counsel that subsequent to the orders of this Court passed in Crl.P.No.2616 of 2025, dated 22.04.2024, the parties have settled their disputes amicably and recording the same, this Court, by an order dated 01.07.2025, allowed Crl.P.No.2616 of 2025 and quashed the proceedings in Crime No.294 of 2023 of Bhimavaram I Town Police Station, West Godavari district. Hence, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this Contempt Case. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
