On being asked, the Counsel for the Zila Panchayat says that the work was done and if there is any claim of the petitioner pending, then the same would be considered as per law. 4. The petition is disposed of with the direction to the opposite party No.4 to verify the facts in the light of the claim of the petitioner and take a decision thereon but with expedition say within two months. .
