Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced copy of letter dated 22.12.2025 issued by the Director, School Education Himachal Pradesh and order dated 21.11.2025, passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Kangra at Dharamshala. The same are taken on record. A perusal of office order dated 21.11.2025 passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Kangra at Dharamshala reveals that pay of the petitioner has been fixed after completion of two years of regular service. However, the due and admissible arrears, if any, will be released in light of the instructions dated 15.12.2011, 07.01.2012, 31.07.2024 and 19.04.2025. Let the consequential benefits be paid to the petitioner, in terms of the instructions. Since the directions contained in the judgment dated 12.08.2025 passed in CWP No.12983 of 2025, titled, Mukesh Kaur vs. State of H.P and others have been complied with, therefore, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner does not press the present application and the same is disposed of as such.
