The petition should have been filed under Article 227 instead of Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Nevertheless, for once, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the Debt Recovery Tribunal to consider the application for expediting the hearing of the securitization application. In the meantime, till the Securitization Application is decided, to consider and dispose of the interim relief application at the earliest, say within 15 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, unless there is any legal impediment, in which case it shall be mentioned in the order sheet.
