The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 18.01.2025 passed under the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923. 3. As the remedy of appeal is prescribed under the said Act, the present writ petition cannot be entertained. The petitioner would be at liberty to file an appeal in accordance with law, if so advised. The certified copy of the writ petition shall be returned to the petitioner on his moving an appropriate application. 4. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the above.
