The petitioner alleges illegal construction of a Police Chowki on a land near Temple, which in fact is recorded as Usar land. He says that there is no proposal nor any budget has been sanctioned for construction of such Chowki. Let the petitioner approach the Commissioner of Police, Lucknow, who shall get an enquiry conducted as to whether any Police Chowki can be constructed on the land in question, if so, under what authority, and then he shall do the needful as per law. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
