Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. 2. This application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed for a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Maharajganj to expedite the proceedings of case no. 521 of 2023 (Ganga v. Ramawati and others) under Section 127 Cr.P.C related to Case no. 1319 of 2014, Police Station Nichlaul, District Maharajganj and to decide the same within stipulated period. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that the applicant has filed the aforesaid case under Section 127 Cr.P.C on 02.09.2024 but the same has not been decided so far and she is facing financial hardship and thus, a direction may be issued to be family court concerned to decide the said case within a specific time frame. 4. In view of the aforesaid the Family court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and decide the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the receipt of certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
