Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and learned counsel for opposite party no.2. This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 12.09.2024 lodged against the petitioner in Case Crime No.0389 of 2024, under Section 106 (1), 125 (a), 125 (b) of B.N.S. 2023, at Police Station Gangaghat, District Unnao. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, charge sheet has been filed in court on 27.01.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate available remedy as per law or to challenge the charge sheet in appropriate proceedings. Accordingly, without prejudice to the rights of petitioner to pursue other remedies with regard to the charge sheet and also before the trial court, present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn.
