By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of Rs.4,90,000/- and Rs.2,10,000/-, so deposited by the applicant, before the Registry of this Court, as well as, before the learned trial Court, respectively. The accompanying Criminal Revision Petition was allowed, by this Court, vide order dated 06.01.2025. Relevant portion of the said order is reproduced, as under:- “In view of the aforesaid, amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court and trial Court i.e. a sum of Rs.4,90,000/- and Rs.2,10,000/-, respectively be released in favour of the petitioner/accused on moving an appropriate application in this respect. The respondent/complainant has no objection, if in case, such application is filed.” In view of the no objection, made by learned counsel, appearing for the non-applicants, the application, under consideration, is allowed and the amount, so deposited by the applicant, before this Court, as well as, before the learned trial Court, along with up-to-date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of applicant-Sandeep Guleria, by remitting the same to his bank account, particulars of which have been annexed with the application.
