Learned Standing Counsel has instructions to inform the Court that though the petitioner is in possession of land in excess of what he has purchased by the sale deed, no exercise for dispossession is being undertaken by the official opposite parties. In view of this, the petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. So far as interference by official opposite parties is concerned, meaning thereby, they shall not interfere in a private dispute unless there is a valid cause and authority to do the same in law. As regards, dispute with the private parties, the petitioner may avail other remedies.
