Heard Mr. R. Paul, learned counsel for the applicant. None has appeared for the respondents. Mr. R. Paul, learned counsel for the applicant, has submitted that by way of instituting the present Interlocutory Application, he has prayed for impleading the opposite parties nos. 5, 6 & 7 as respondent nos.5, 6 & 7 in the connected Writ Petition. He has submitted that the respondents, herein, being the airline which had transported the material involved are necessary party for due and proper adjudication of the issues arising in the Writ Petition.
On perusal of the averments made in the Interlocutory Application and upon hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court is of the considered view that the present Interlocutory Application needs to be allowed and the opposite parties nos.5, 6 & 7, be permitted to be impleaded as respondent nos.5, 6 & 7, in the connected Writ Petition for a due and proper adjudication of the issues arising in the connected Writ Petition. Accordingly, the present Interlocutory Application stands allowed. The opposite parties nos.5, 6 & 7 are directed to be impleaded as respondent nos.5, 6 & 7 in the connected Writ Petition.
