The petitioner has some grievance with regard to the truck which he has purchased from his brother as his application for grant of permit for applying the same is not being granted by the Regional Transport Office, Lakhimpur Kheri, rather his application has been returned for the reason that at the time of purchase of the truck there was a charge of opposite party no.4/ Bank on the said truck in view of a loan granted by it to the brother of the petitioner, which was not disclosed at the time of transfer of the vehicle by the respondent no.5 in the name of the petitioner. 3. If any application for grant of permit is filed, then let the Regional Transport Office, Lakhimpur Kheri pass appropriate order, as per law, and communicate it to the petitioner. 4. If there is any other grievance, the petitioner may raise it before the Regional Transport Office, Lakhimpur Kheri, which shall also be considered and decided, as per law. 5.
