The present application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 20.5.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.14801 of 2024 wherein this Court had directed the opposite party to execute the sale deed in favour of the applicant and also to take appropriate steps regarding refund of the corner charges paid by the applicant. The affidavit annexed with the contempt application itself states that the sale deed was executed on 10.10.2024. A compliance affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party which is taken on record. The compliance affidavit discloses that the corner charges were refunded to the applicant and credited in her account on 8.1.2025. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
