Also heard Mr. S.S. Roy, learned CGC for the respondents. In reference to the earlier order dated 30.05.2025 the learned CGC has obtained instructions and placed before the Court that the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order passed by the Disciplinary Authority stood rejected by order dated 29.05.2024 and the copy of the same has been placed before the Court and is kept in the case record and also shared with the learned counsel for the petitioner. In that view of the matter, since the appeal has already been disposed of and the writ petition has been filed seeking to set aside the termination order, the learned counsel for the petitioner now prays for leave to file a revision before the higher authority, as prescribed under the statute, in light of the appeal having been rejected by the respondent authorities.
