This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for the following relief(s):- 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents authority to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of the benefits of Kramonnati Vetanman on completion of 10 years of their services in view/ light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in the case of Smt. Sona Sahu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others passed in Writ Appeal No. 261/2023 on 28.02.2024 and also in view of the circular / order dated 10.03.2017 issued by the State Government of Chhattisgarh. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondents to give all the consequential benefits to the petitioners including the arrears of pay with interest from the date of the completion of 10 years of services till the actual payment of Kramonnati Vetanman within a stipulated period of time. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to disposed off the instant writ petition with the similar line as ordered / passed in the case of Smt. Sona Sahu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others passed in Writ Appeal No. 261/2023 on 28.02.2024. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner. 5 2. The claim of the petitioners with regard to grant of first Kramonnati and second Kramonnati Vetanman. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that with regard to award of first Kramonnati Vetanman and second Kramonnati Vetanman some circular has also been issued by the respondent-State apart from this, Division Bench of this Court in case of Smt. Sona Sahu vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others in W.A. No.261 of 2023 has also consider the identical issue. From perusal of which indicate that the petitioners are entitled to first Kramonnati Vetanman and second Kramonnati Vetanman. He further submits that at present this petition may disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to make a representation to the respondents No. 2 & 3/competent authority in light of order passed by this Court in W.A. No.261 of 2023 dated 28/02/2024 and also annexing the various circular in this regard and same shall be decided in accordance with law by the respondent Nos.2 & 3/competent authority. 2. Learned State counsel opposes the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Be that as it may, looking to the limited prayer of the petitioners, this petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to make representation for the grievances projected in this writ petition to respondents No. 2 & 3/competent authority annexing all relevant documents and judgment of this Court passed in W.A. No.261 of 2023 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such representation being made, it is expected that the respondents No.2 & 3/competent authority shall consider the 6 same in accordance with law considering the circular issued in this regard and also in light of judgment of this Court in W.A. No.261 of 2023 within further period of 120 days from the date of such representation. The petitioners are directed to annex their appointment order along with the representation while submitting representation to the respondent authority. The respondents are at liberty to verify the appointment order annexed by the petitioners along with the representation. This Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of this case 4.
