The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Simariya P.S. Case No. 27/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 18, 27(a), 28, 29 & 30 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal District Judge-cum-Special Judge (NDPS Cases), Chatra. 3. On 11.02.2025 at about 5:00 P.M., Simariya Police destructed poppy cultivated on government land in Chorbara forest area. 4. It was submitted that petitioner was apprehended while he was fleeing away from the place of occurrence. It was further submitted that no case of similar nature is pending against him. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District Judge-cum-Special Judge (NDPS Cases), Chatra in connection with Simariya P.S.
