JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER Date : 02.06.2025 This is an application filed under Order IX Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for restoration of the accompanying application filed under Article 227 of the Constitution on the ground that the name of Mr. A. J. Saikia, the learned counsel was not shown in the cause list for which he could not appear before this Court. 2. This Court has duly perused the Vakalatnama wherein it is seen that Mr. A. J. Saikia along with two others have signed the Vakalatnama but the name of only Mr. S. Pegu has been shown in the cause list. 3. Considering the above, it is the opinion of this Court that the order dated 30.04.2025 passed in CRP (IO) No.121/2025 is required to be recalled. 4. Accordingly, this Court allows the instant application thereby recalling the order dated 30.04.2025 and restores the accompanying petition being CRP (IO) No.121/2025 to the file of this Court.
