Mr.Sanket Sankhyan, Advocate, vice Mr.Anirudh Sharma, Advocate, for respondent No.1. Respondents No.2 and 3 are ex parte vide order dated 28.06.2024 passed by Additional Registrar (Judicial). CMP No.10666 of 2025 This application has been filed on behalf of applicant-respondent No.1 for release of 50% of amount of compensation awarded in his favour. Release of 50% amount has been opposed by appellant-Insurance Company, on the ground that there is every likelihood of reduction thereof, and in case of release of 50% of amount, it would be difficult for the Insurance Company to recover the same from the applicants. It has been submitted on behalf of applicant- respondent No.1 that claimant is agitating for just and fair compensation since long and till date he has not received the same. Balancing the interest and considering submissions, at this stage, 30% of amount of compensation alongwith proportionate interest is ordered to be released in favour of applicant-respondent No.1, by remitting the same in his bank account mentioned in paragraph 2 of application, photocopy of front page of Pass Book whereof has been annexed with this application.
