In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private- respondent(s), if any, is hereby dispensed with. The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned order dated 01-05-2024 and 13-02-2025 passed by opposite party no. - 1 in Revision No - 413, Case No -0285/2024, Computerized Case No - 202454081500000285, Jagdish V/S Ajay Kumar Singh and Others, under section 48 (1 ) of U.P. Consolidation of Holding Act, related to Village -Belkhara, Pergana - Bahraich and Tehsil - Payagpur, District -Bahraich, contained as Annexure No - 1 & 2 to this writ petition. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite party no - 1 to decide the application for Condonation of Delay, first after hearing both the parties, in accordance with law." Perusal of the record indicates that copy of the order dated 23.01.1985 and copy of the report dated 21.02.2024 have not been placed on record, though to the view of this Court the same are relevant, as such, as prayed, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition with proper pleadings and documents including the documents referred herein before. Office is directed to return certified copy of the orders dated 01.05.2024 and 13.02.2025, referred in paragraph 2 of the memo of the petition annexed as Annexure No.1 and 2 of the present writ petition.
