Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:16963 Court No. - 18 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 3191 of 2025 Petitioner :- Priyanka Sharma Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Deptt. Of Home Lko. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Mayankar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing counsel for respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is fully eligible for consideration under the Home Guard category, however, her candidature was not considered under this category in an illegal and arbitrary manner. Although the requisite certificate could not be uploaded while submitting the form on 13.01.2024, it was duly provided to the Board's officers during the physical document verification. It is, thus, submitted that case of the petitioner is required to be considered sympathetically. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. In view of the above, the petitioner is granted liberty to submit a fresh representation before respondent no. 2 within three days from today. If such a representation is submitted, respondent no. 2 shall consider it sympathetically and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of three weeks. With the observation made herein-above, the petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 25.3.2025 R.C. Digitally signed by :- RAM CHANDER YADAV High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
