Ms. Suraiya Naaz, learned counsel for respondent No.3. 4. By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.154 of 2024 dated 27.07.2024 registered with P.S. Prem Nagar, District Dehradun, under Sections 120-B, 420 and 506 IPC. 5. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police on 09.02.2025 against the petitioners and two more persons namely Pradyumn Rathi and Praveen Chaudhary, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings under the appropriate provisions. 7. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. A liberty is given to petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 8. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
