Heard. 3. Sri Ashish Saxena, learned Standing Counsel informs the Court that recovery certificate dated 10.08.2016 issued by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal for recovering an amount of Rs.1,70,000/- @ 6 per cent per annum has been executed and the recovered amount has been remitted to MACT, Hardoi. 4. It is indeed unfortunate that the recovery certificate which was issued on 10.08.2016 has been given effect only after orders being passed by this Court on 01.04.2025. For eight to nine years, the matter remained pending. Whatever has happened after our orders could have happened prior to it also and why should the petitioner be made to come to High Court to get a recovery certificate issued by the MACT executed. The District Magistrate, Lucknow is directed to review the realization/ recovery of money under similar certificates issued by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal which may have been received by revenue authorities at Lucknow and monitor their execution periodically. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Hardoi. 6. The District Magistrate, Lucknow has not been able to join the proceedings through video conferencing on account of some technical glitch. He shall, however, ensure compliance of the our orders.
