The letter dated 17.04.2025 is taken on record. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is now undergoing training for the post of Head Constable. In view of the letter dated 17.04.2025, the writ petition has now become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. A liberty is given to the petitioner to approach this Court again, if the occasion arises.
