The present petition has been filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the appointment of respondent No.5. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the name of respondent No.5 did not appear in the list of the persons, who had applied for consideration and was not even included in the agenda (Annexure No.2). 4. Considering the fact that all the grievances can be raised by the petitioners before the Tehsil Level Committee, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to raise their grievances before the Tehsil Level Committee, who shall decide the issues in accordance with law after considering the material before granting approval to respondent No.5.
