Vide order dated 15.10.2025 passed by this Court in the Bail App No. 43/2025, the petitioner was granted bail on medical grounds for a period of two months w.e.f. 15.11.2025. The said bail was thereafter extended for a further period of one month in terms of order dated 12.01.2026. 02. Now, the present application has been moved by the petitioner seeking extension of bail on the ground that he is still suffering from ailment. The petitioner can always move the trial court for grant of bail on medical grounds and also for extension of bail granted on medical grounds by this Court. Therefore, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the trial court for grant of bail on medical grounds including the extension of bail on medical grounds. 04. In order to enable the petitioner to approach the trial court, the bail granted to the petitioner on medical grounds in terms of order dated 15.11.2025 shall remain in force for a period of 10 days w.e.f. today, subject to the conditions contained in the said order. 05.
