The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus in the nature of injunction restraining the opposite parties from disturbing his possession over Gata No. 1 क situated at Village Sisaiyapur, H/o Jamuniya, Pargana Srinagar, District- Kheri and also that the land of the petitioner be restored back to him which has been taken over arbitrarily. On a reading of the writ petition, we find that there are disputed questions of fact involved. Moreover, no private party has been impleaded herein.
