This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a order writ, or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned show dated notice cause subsequent order dated 27.09.2017 28.03.2018 and and 30.05.2023 (Annexure nos.3, 4 and 8) in Case No.393 of D201702420896) under 2017 (Computer (State Vs. Section 128 Ram of Case No. Bhawan and others under Section 128 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner Khata No.770 Gata No.1029M/0.228 from the hectare situated in the petitioner's Village: Gauspur Tikari, Manjhanpur, Kaushambi." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that impugned orders are passed in proceedings u/s 128 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which are revisable, therefore, this writ petition may not be entertained. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
