The present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "[I] Direct the court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) North, Room No. 25, Sultanpur to decide the regular suit No. 460 of 2024 (Ram Prakash Versus Abbas) as well as the application under order-39 Rules-2- A of C.P.C. by passing appropriate order directing the S.H.O. of Police Station-Kadipur, District-Sultanpur to comply with the interim order dated 19.07.2024 passed in Regular Suit No. 460 of 2024 in accordance with law, as expeditious as possible or within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the application under Order 39 Rule 2-A of C.P.C. is pending and some orders have been passed, the present petition is disposed off directing the learned Civil Judge to pass orders for enforcement of the injunction granted in favour of the petitioner by exercising all the powers vested with him with all expedition preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
