Co-operative Federation Ltd., which is not arrayed as opposite party in the writ petition. 3. The petitioner wants to pay the due amount in installment. We cannot consider such relief in the absence of the necessary party i.e. the U.P. Co-operative Federation Ltd., Ambedkar Nagar. 4. As the impugned recovery is in pursuance to the dues claimed by the U.P. Co-operative Federation Ltd., the petitioner may approach the said Co-operative Federation Ltd. or seek other remedy as permissible under law. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of.
