1. This is an application under Section 151 CPC for disposal of the above said petition as it has been rendered infructuous in view of the compromise effected between the parties.
2. Counsel for the respondent has no objection if the present petition is disposed of in terms of compromise.
3. In view of the above, the present application is allowed and main case taken on Board today itself. CR-2869-2016
1. As stated by learned counsel for both the parties, the matter has been settled amongst them before the mediator. The report dated 06.08.2025 of the Mediator is already on the file. The connected Revision Petition i.e. CR- 1330-2004 was disposed of by this Court on 22.08.2025 in terms of the settlement/compromise deed effected between the parties.
2.
