Case No. 362 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Petitioner is accused of committing a loot. His name has come during investigation. Petitioner is accused in 13 more cases. Petitioner is in jail since 18.09.2024. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
