Advocate (crl.side) For R1 To R3 ORDER The petitioner, President of the Uthukkadu Village Panchayat, Walajabad Panchayat Union, sought a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 and 5 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.05.2022. 2. Despite his representation, no action has been taken so far. 3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the petitioner's complaint, current paper enquiry had already been conducted and the same has been closed on 14.03.2023 itself. 4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed.
