Nadim In the interest of justice, two weeks’ further time is granted to Mr. Tripathi to comply with the said order, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 3,000/- payable to the High Court Bar Library Fund. It is made clear that if the Paper-Book is not filed within the aforesaid period, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Bench.
