The prayer of the petition is to direct the Trial Court to accept the surrender of the petitioner for the bailable warrant issued against him. Since the bailable warrant has been issued by the Trial Court, it is for the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court and file appropriate petition in accordance with law. Therefore, this Court need not consider the prayer of the petitioner.
