In deference to the order dated 24.4.2025, the detenue- Ms. Vartika Patel is present in person in the Court. On query being put by this Court, the detenue states that her date of birth is 01.07.1998. She further states that she with her own sweet will and volition married to the deponent- Anupam in Arya Samaj Temple on 21.11.2024 and the marriage has also been got registered on 11.12.2024. She further states that she is residing in the house of her parents, but now she wants to reside with the deponent- Anupam. In regard to the case filed at Family Court, Barabanki, she states that she has not filed any case. The case has been got filed by the family members. In view of above, since the detenue is major in age and she has married with her own sweet will and volition to the deponent- Anupam and wants to reside with him, therefore, she is set free to live with her will. With the aforesaid, the petition is allowed.
