Jagannath and others, pending before him, within specific time frame, as court may deem fit just and proper." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the suit is of the year 2014, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the Original Suit No.1408 of 2014 expeditiously within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
